Welcome to our new graduate cohort!

The graduate program in the Department of Chemistry is excited to welcome our 2021 entering cohort. The 25 students in the entering class are distinguished by their broad research experiences, many of which have resulted in publications and honor’s theses. They have served as tutors, teaching assistants, and peer mentors as well as leaders in a wide range of organizations. As our first class entirely recruited and onboarded during the Covid-19 pandemic, it is perhaps no surprise that the cohort also includes a former Covid testing coordinator and several graduates of summer research programs conducted virtually.
